This is a good first effort. But here'smy professional evaluation of the setup for the show.

Right off from the beginning, it sounds bland; kind of dry!

You need some kind of title music.
And you need to prepare better, even have a script for what you want to say!

So, it would start with the same title music sequence that over time becomes your show's trade mark. It doesn't need to be longer than 20 seconds or so. SOmething to set the listener in the right frame of mind and get them prepared to get transferred to the program's frame of mind or zone. While the music is playing, lower the volume and welcome the listener to the program. Then music goes up in volume and after 5-6 seconds, goes down in volume and you list the table of contents for that day's program, then you pull back up the music violume and finish it in another 20 seconds and then the show starts.

Thanks for your comment Farhad. We are going to have music for the start of the program as well as the transitions between segments. We are planning to add these starting our third or fourth program once we improve on quality of sound and content delivary.

On the issue of scripts, we are trying to avoid reading from scripts. We simply don't have the time for it. Also, we want to leave some of improvisation of the content for the time of recording. However, we have summary notes for what we want to say to make sure we are not going off-topic.

the material was informative. there was no title or background music and it was getting boring after a while. I am sure you can improve it :)
